WCAI Webinar: Alternative Funding for Operators in Emerging Markets
Tuesday, February 9, 2010
4pm EST / 9pm GMT

The global financial crunch created significant challenges for wireless broadband operators in 2009, as lenders and equity investors became more cautious, selective and risk averse. Access to the U.S. government's broadband stimulus funds won't be easy either, with the program being way oversubscribed.

Whether you are a start-up looking for funding to kick start your business or an established operator in search of additional investment, join the WCAI webinar and learn about alternative funding opportunities available to operators in rural and emerging markets.

Speakers:

  • Bill MacNamara, Vice President, Agility Ventures
  • Bill Wallace, Chairman, DigitalBridge
  • Mike Brown, CEO, Dynamic Broadband

This webinar is jointly organized by the WCAI’s Emerging Markets and Broadband Financial Committees. It is open to all and free of charge.

Register here, or contact Susan Polyakova, susan@wcai.com, with questions.
