Cancellation Policy
	Pre-Registration deadline is October 24, 2008.
	Registrations received in the WCA offices after October 24, 2008 will be charged the On-Site fee.
	Member Rate applies to full-time employees of WCA member companies (ID Required). Anyone attempting to defraud the association in this way is not welcome at the event, and will be asked at the minimum to pay the non-member on-site rate for admittance in recognition of the additional burden place on staff to process the application. Potential reviews will be referred to a volunteer WCA member committee.
	Refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or before Septmeber 19, 2008 minus a $150 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after September 19, 2008. Substitutions accepted.
