Government Relations Committee

The WCAI’s Government Relations Committee (GRC) develops and implements advocacy for the wireless broadband industry before regulatory bodies around the world. Within the United States, WCAI is active before the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, the Department of State, and other Executive Branch agencies, as well as the Congress.  Internationally, WCAI participates in spectrum allocation and related activities conducted under the auspices of the International Telecommunications Union, as well as in proceedings in individual nations. WCAI Board membership is required to join the GRC.
